Having issues activating Windows 10?

An insert with instructions was included in the box with your purchase. If you cannot locate it, you can download or view it here. If you require further assistance, please contact us Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM EST at +1 (844) 425-6622 or by email anytime at support@itsupplyguy.com.

What software comes with the computer?

You have a clean slate -- activate your operating system and download the software you use/need.

Can you give discounts for bulk orders?

Do you offer prepaid shipping labels for any type of replacement or return?

When the order is confirmed as a sale from ITSupplyGuy, and the issue is covered under the warranty, we provide prepaid shipping labels for replacements, returns and warranty repairs.

What information do I need when calling the help desk?

The easiest way to ensure we can help you out is to provide us with your order number. If that is unavailable the serial number/asset ID of the device or your name and shipping address will allow us to find the order and help you with any question you may have.

Do any of your computers come with Windows 7 instead of Windows 10?

No, Microsoft no longer supports Windows 7.

Do you also do computer repair on devices purchased elsewhere?

We are only able to support customers that have purchased from ITSG or our distribution partners. We invite you to look at our Additional Resources for links that might provide some direction/help.
